Shipping
Orders will be ready to ship in 2-3 days. Because of the current lockdown here in the Netherlands (until 19/01/2021), we will ship packages twice a week (on Tuesdays & Fridays).

Keep in mind due to the current pandemic & the holiday season, international orders may take about 2 weeks to arrive. Please note Retrograad is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

Returns
We accept returns/exchanges 30 days after purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The item(s) will be refunded once we have received the item(s) in good shape. This means the item(s) have to be unworn & unused etc. The refund can be witheld if damages occur during the shipment or customer use.
